V8 Supercars Auckland

November 07, 2016

My last V8 Supercars assignment was two years ago in 2014, this year I was shooting as contributor so there wasn't as much pressure to cover everything, and I took full advantage of it to scout around a li'bit.

Motorsport is one of the tougher sport to cover, especially when you're on your own. Throughout the day you need to keep your time really well. Having a decent plan ahead of the day is vital, things like knowing the track, the locations, type of shots you're after, how much time to spend at each spot etc. Also, hope the sun comes into play!

Can't beat the roaring V8 sounds!
